Coaching, Competition, and Fun
While simple, volleyball is a fun and challenging game, which develops fitness, coordination, teamwork and responsibility. It truly is a game everyone can play.
The sessions are led by women who have over 50 years coaching and playing experience, with many college and university awards and recognition.
By design, the programs will leave you with new skill, new confidence, and new friends.
